Everywhere you look on the internet we are bombarded with new opportunities which try to convince us that this product or opportunity will be the one that makes you a lot of money.  We have become an over communicated society where everyone is trying to compete for each other’s attention.

We surf the internet for hours at a time visiting sites, reading news checking out competitor’s ads investigating new products and services of interest and more.

I’d like to welcome you to the new Richard Lowe blog in which I am going to share my internet marketing knowledge with you.

Before I start though, it may be a good idea to tell you a little about myself.  Where do I start? After  a career playing professional soccer was cut short through injury I kind of stumbled upon the idea generating an income through the internet.  I think maybe my entrepreneurial spirit was drawn to it. Look backing, even in my last years of school I used to bring in the sweets, t-shirts and computer games to sell to my other classmates.  I even had some of the teachers buying them from me.  So there was always this entrepreneurial side in me.   I had a strong feeling that the internet would become a powerful medium and distribution channel for businesses where ordinary people could make an income from it.  But knowing where to start and how would I get going was a totally different situation altogether.

Everywhere I looked online I was seeing ads promoting products claiming to make you massive amounts of money.   I kept hearing stories of people who put up websites then a  week later were multi millionaires – it was unbelievable.   It got me really excited and I ended up buying  countless numbers of books, DVDs, e-books, software and subscribing  to courses and training programs that in reality didn’t help me or gave me such poor results they didn’t justify my original outlay.  I wasted  $40,000 trying to make an honest and legitimate income online attempting to take action on the strategies I had read about!

It would only be when I had the biggest wake-up call ever that I began to think differently and approach things in a totally new way.
